Copy of Agreement and Deed of Charge between Modern Homes (Dublin) Limited, having their registered office at St Andrew’s, Serpentine Avenue, Ballsbridge, Dublin (the contractors) of the one part, and the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and burgesses of Dublin, being the Urban Sanitary Authority for the Urban Sanitary District of the City of Dublin (the Corporation) of the other part. The lessee company also undertakes to abide by the several other conditions laid down in the lease, including the construction of two roadways with footpaths, drains and sewers, and also the erection of 34 additional messuages or dwellinghouses, with all necessary cartilages, garages, out-buildings, offices, walls, fences, sewers, drains etc. The lessee company to pay to the lessor the yearly rent of £45.
