Murray, one of the trustees of the Fund has recently died and they wish to know if the other two trustees remain secure in their position but with the power of adding to the number of trustees if required. ‘It is desired that the Trustees should have the widest possible powers as to the manner in which they may carry out the Trust…Counsel will please settle Draft Deed and advise.’
